Failure to pay:

All offenses: $200 with a $100 reduction if paid within the first 10 days

Signs Prohibit/Prohibited Parking Areas:

All offenses: $200 with a $100 reduction if paid within the first 10 days

Parking in an ADA space without ADA placard or ADA license plate:

All offenses: $250

Obstructing traffic:

All offenses: $100

Parking in a permit required area without a registered permit:

All offenses: $50

No Overnight/No Camping Area:

All offenses: $100

No Parking Resident Area

All offenses: $100

As Powder Mountain's parking operator, Park Powder has been granted the authority to issue violations and collect violation fines on behalf of Powder Mountain.
